How it works

The Owner connects Drive. forbuilders can see only the files it creates or that you pick.

Money, documents, attendance, materials, purchasing, BOQ, reports, photos and more, as Excel, CSV and PDF.

Backups run every night at 2 am (or the hour you choose), plus “Back up now”. Failures are emailed.

Your own DriveBackups go to a forbuilders folder in the Owner’s Google Drive, under your company’s control.

FAQ

Can forbuilders read my other Drive files?

No. It uses the Drive permission that covers only files the app created or that you picked.

What happens if I close my company?

Everything stays available to Owners for export, or to reopen, for 30 days. Then it is permanently deleted.

Can I get my data without Drive?

Yes. Owners can download the full company export, and every user can download their own data from Settings.
